Lafleur Outbuildings - Clear Glass

Clear glass was often used for food jars, some spirits and the popular patent medicines of the day. One sherd looks as if it came from a small bottle with a rectangular cross-section which almost certainly contained a special elixir. The melted fragments attest to a fiery event.
